Noteworthy Will Tonsil Stones Go Away On Their Own Information:

A tonsillolith protrudes from the tonsil

Tonsilloliths occur more frequently in adults than in children. Many small tonsil stones do not cause any noticeable symptoms. Even when they are large, some tonsil stones are only discovered accidentally on X-rays or CT scans.

Other symptoms include a metallic taste, throat closing or tightening, coughing fits, and choking.

Larger tonsilloliths may have multiple symptoms, including recurrent halitosis, which frequently accompanies a tonsil infection, sore throat, white debris, a bad taste in the back of the throat, difficulty swallowing, otalgia, and tonsil swelling.[3] A medical study conducted in 2007 found an association between tonsilloliths and bad breath. Among those with bad breath, 75% of the subjects had tonsilloliths while only 6% of subjects with normal halitometry values (normal breath) had tonsilloliths.[4] A foreign body sensation may also exist in the back of throat. The condition may also be an asymptomatic condition, with detection upon palpating a hard intratonsillar or submucosal mass.

Treatment, if required, is usually removal of concretions by curettage; larger lesions may require local excision although these treatments may not help the bad breath issues that are often associated with this condition. Gargling with mouth wash and frequent teeth brushing will sometimes help stop the formation of tonsil stones. It is recommended to check your tonsils at least once a week in order to prevent giant tonsil stones from forming.

A colloquial term for tonsilloliths is "throat oats" or "oats of the throat"

How to remove them:

One way is to use a stainless steel long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would need to press the stone out from underneath. This process works easier when the stone is older and harder. You could use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The use of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of accumulated debris may also help (using an adjustable unit on the low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe to prevent damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are utilized to suck out the more compact stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To get relief from gagging people occasionally consider using everyday items, like toothpicks, as small tools rather then using a much larger finger. This is not suggested because of the danger of the short light toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use extreme care when attempting any of the methods in the above list. The tonsils and throat are very delicate, and can be harmed or inflammed quite easily.

Tonsilloliths

Now that I do know what they are and just how cheap and simple it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel mindless or like I've been duped. All this time, I thought I had some serious illness or something and invested tons of money on visits to the doctor and prescriptions. Little did I know up until just a calendar month ago.....

I've been bothered by these cruddy little things for years and up until recently I had no clue what the heck they were. I've been to the physician, suffered some down-right terrible sore throats, had harmful ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't go away and tried all kinds of gadgets to eliminate them.

They'd come and go, appear and disappear at all the most awful times you could think of. My first trip to my doctor to actually question him about them got me a vague answer about some form of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't do away with squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was put on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Remember though that I had no clue just what it was. Finally he told me that the only way to eliminate them was to have my tonsils removed. YIKES!!

Then he informed me it was not recommended for a person to have their tonsils taken out after they reach a certain age not to mention just how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using all kinds of mouthwash, gargling three times a day and maybe a few days I wouldn't see them but, VOILA...they always returned. I've stuck a wide variety things in my mouth to try and dig those things out, It is not even funny! Well...actually yes it truly is funny.

Well, skip forward to the key part. How I discovered what they were and how to get rid of them permanently in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little lady by accident, read her material, tried it and now I'm one Delighted, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I am not kidding around when I say, the crappy breath, throat aggravation, ear aches.....ALL No longer! ;-)

It IS true that there are completely safe and natural ways to both remove and cure your tonsil stones. Let me show you...
