Helpful White Spots In Throat Pictures Information:

Tonsilloliths, or tonsil stones, are tiny bits of calcareous matter that build in the crevasses of the tonsils. Find out more on it here.

In certain individuals tiny, hard, calcareous lumps, which are white in color, occur in the crevasses of the tonsils, generally known as tonsillar crypts. These lumps, also known as tonsilloliths, or calculus of the tonsil, or tonsil stones, can range in size from tiny little bits to pea sized ones and they have a tendency of remaining lodged in the region of the tonsils for a period of time, until they are dislodged finally. They normally are accompanied by a nasty smell coming from from the tonsils, and a person suffering from tonsilloliths experiences an actual sensation of something being stuck in the rear part of the throat.

Prevalent ways and practices for the removal of tonsil stones:

One method is to use a stainless long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would have to push the stone out from underneath. This method works easier when the stone is older and harder. It's also possible to use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The usage of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of built up debris may also help (using an adjustable unit at a low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe to avoid damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are used to suck out the smaller sized stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To reduce gagging people often think about using everyday items, for example toothpicks, as small tools rather than using a much larger finger. It's not encouraged due to the danger of the short lightweight toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use careful attention when attempting any of the methods as listed above. The tonsils and throat are incredibly sensitive, and can be damaged or agitated very easily.

Tonsil Balls

Given that I know what they are and how cheap and straightforward it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel brainless or like I've been duped. All of this time, I believed I had some severe illness or something and paid out a small fortune on doctor visits and solutions. Very little did I know up until just a 30 days ago.....

I have been bothered by these cruddy tiny problems for years and up until not too long ago I really didn't know what the heck they were. I've been to the doctor, encountered some down-right serious sore throats, had painful ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't vanish entirely and tried all kinds of tricks to remove them.

They'd come and go, appear and disappear at all the worst times you could imagine of. My first trip to my doctor to actually question him about them got me a vague answer about some sort of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't get rid of squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was put on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Bear in mind that I had NO IDEA what it was. Finally he told me that the only method to make them go away was to have my tonsils taken out. Help!!

Then he told me it was not recommended for a person to have their tonsils removed after they reach a certain age not to mention how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using loads of mouthwash, gargling three times a day and maybe a couple of days I wouldn't see them but, VOILA...they always came back. I've stuck so many different things in my mouth to try and dig them out, It's not even funny! Well...actually yes it is funny.

Well, skip ahead to the key part. How I realised what they were and how to remove them once and for all in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little lady unintentionally, looked over her information, tried it and now I'm one Contented, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I'm not kidding around when I say, the stool breath, throat discomfort, ear aches.....ALL No longer! ;-)
