If you've got one or all of these symptoms, my friend, you probably have Tonsil Stones...

  • Terrible breath (I am talking about Unquestionably, potent smelly breath too!)

  • Coughing that doesn't appear to have a reason and won't go away completely.

  • Sore throat or small ear aches, or a odd pressure in your ears.

  • You feel like a little something is jammed at the back of your throat and won't come out.

  • The development of yellow-colored or white colored, little balls on the tonsils or back corners of your throat that KEEP coming back.

Basic What Do Tonsil Stones Look Like Information:

Tonsilloliths, or tonsil stones, are very little pieces of calcareous matter that build in the crevasses of the tonsils. Read more about it here.

In some persons tiny, quite hard, calcareous lumps, which are white-colored in color, occur in the crevasses of the tonsils, also called tonsillar crypts. These lumps, referred to as tonsilloliths, or calculus of the tonsil, or tonsil stones, can range in size from tiny little bits to pea sized ones and they have a tendency of staying lodged in the area of the tonsils for some time, until they are dislodged finally. They normally are accompanied by a nasty smell coming from from the tonsils, and a person suffering from tonsilloliths encounters an actual sensation of something being lodged in the rear part of the throat.

Frequent ways and practices for taking out tonsil stones:

One solution is to use a stainless long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would have to force the stone out from underneath. This method works easier when the stone is older and harder. You may also use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The use of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of gathered debris may also help (using an adjustable unit on the low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe in order to avoid damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are used to suck out the smaller stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To relieve gagging people at times consider using everyday items, such as toothpicks, as small tools instead of using a much larger finger. This is simply not advisable due to the danger of the short light-weight toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use care when trying any of the methods in the list above. The tonsils and throat are very delicate, and can be hurt or agitated quite easily.

Tonsil Stones

Since I realize what they are and exactly how cheap and straightforward it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel moronic or like I've been duped. All of this time, I was thinking I had some severe illness or something and put in tons of money on doctor visits and medications. Little did I know up until just a few weeks ago.....

I have been overwhelmed by these offending little things for years and up until not too long ago I really didn't know what the heck they were. I've been to the medical doctor, dealt with some down-right awful sore throats, had dreadful ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't disappear and tried all kinds of junk to get rid of them.

They'd come and go, appear and disappear at all the worst times you could imagine of. My first trip to my doctor to really ask him about them got me a vague answer about some kind of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't remove squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was put on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Bear in mind that I had NO IDEA exactly what it was. Finally he told me that the only method to eliminate them was to have my tonsils removed. Help!!

Then he informed me it was not advised for a person to have their tonsils removed after they reach a specific age not to mention how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using all sorts of mouthwash, gargling three times a day and maybe a couple of days I might not see them but, VOILA...they always returned. I've stuck so many different things in my mouth to try and dig those things out, It's not even funny! Well...actually yes it truly is funny.

Well, skip forward to the most crucial part. How I found out what they were and how to get rid of them for ever in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little lady by chance, looked over her material, tried it and now I'm one Pleased, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I'm not kidding when I say, the stool breath, throat irritation, ear aches.....ALL GONE! ;-)
