Now that I've observed tips on how to safely do away with and keep them from coming back, I must share the trick with anyone who's interested!
I've gotten as much Tonsilloliths Texture info as I was able to find and placed it at this website for you to benefit from.
Got one of these symptoms? You probably suffer from Tonsil Stones...
Foul breath (I mean Incredibly, stinky halitosis too!)
Cough that does not appear to have a cause and won't disappear.
A sore throat or slight ear aches, or a unusual pressure in your ears.
You feel like something is caught up at the back of your throat and will not come out.
The development of yellowish or white-colored, little balls on the tonsils or back edges of your throat that KEEP coming back.
General Tonsilloliths Texture Information:
Tonsilloliths, or tonsil stones, are tiny bits of calcareous matter that develop in the crevasses of the tonsils. Read more about it here.
In certain regular people little, hard, calcareous lumps, which are white in color, occur in the crevasses of the tonsils, otherwise known as tonsillar crypts. These lumps, called tonsilloliths, or calculus of the tonsil, or tonsil stones, can range in size from tiny little bits to pea sized ones and they have a tendency of remaining lodged in the region of the tonsils for some time, until they're dislodged finally. They normally are accompanied by a horrible smell emanating from the tonsils, and a person suffering from tonsilloliths experiences a physical sensation of something being stuck in the back part of the throat.
Frequent approaches and practices for taking out tonsil stones:
One solution is to use a stainless long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would need to press the stone out from beneath. Using this method works easier if the stone is older and harder. You can also use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The use of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of accumulated debris may also help (using an adjustable unit on a low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe in order to avoid damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are used to suck out the smaller stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To reduce gagging people often consider using everyday items, such as toothpicks, as small tools rather then using a much bigger finger. It's not suggested because of the danger of the short light-weight toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use guardedness when trying any of the methods in the list above. The tonsils and throat are extremely delicate, and can be hurt or inflammed very easily.
Given that I realize what they are and just how cheap and straightforward it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel dumb or like I've been duped. All this time, I thought I had some severe illness or something and put in a small fortune on visits to the doctor and prescriptions. Very little did I know up until just a few weeks ago.....
I have been bothered by these unpleasant tiny problems for years and up until just lately I really didn't know what the heck they were. I've been to the physician, encountered some down-right terrible sore throats, had bad ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't leave and tried all kinds of junk to eliminate them.
They would come and go, appear and disappear at all the most awful times you could think of. My first visit to my doctor to really question him about them got me a hazy answer about some type of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't do away with squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was put on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.
Remember though that I had no clue what it really was. Finally he told me that the only way to make them go away was to have my tonsils taken out. YIKES!!
Then he said it was not recommended for a person to have their tonsils removed after they reach a particular age not to mention just how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!
So I started digging them out, using loads of mouthwash, gargling 3 times each day and maybe a couple of days I might not see them but, VOILA...they always came back. I've stuck so many different things in my mouth to try and dig them out, It's actually not even funny! Well...actually yes it truly is funny.
Well, skip forward to the most crucial part. How I realised what they were and how to eliminate them once and for all in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little lady by accident, looked over her info, tried it and now I'm one Delighted, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I am not kidding when I say, the stool breath, throat discomfort, ear aches.....ALL GONE! ;-)
