Facts & Helpful Tonsilloliths Texture Information:

Tonsilloliths, or tonsil stones, are very little pieces of calcareous matter that build in the crevasses of the tonsils. Find out about it here.

In some individuals very little, quite hard, calcareous lumps, which can be white in color, occur in the crevasses of the tonsils, also called tonsillar crypts. These lumps, called tonsilloliths, or calculus of the tonsil, or tonsil stones, can range in size from tiny little bits to pea sized ones and they have a tendency of remaining lodged in the area of the tonsils for some time, until they're dislodged finally. They are usually accompanied by a strong smell coming from from the tonsils, and a person suffering from tonsilloliths encounters a physical sensation of something being lodged in the back part of the throat.

Well-known means and practices for taking out tonsil stones:

One solution is to use a metal long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would have to push the stone out from below. This process works easier if the stone is older and harder. You may also use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The use of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of accumulated debris may also help (using an adjustable unit on the low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe and avoid damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are utilized to suck out the less massive stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To get relief from gagging people at times consider using everyday things, for example toothpicks, as small tools rather than using a much larger finger. It's not advised because of the danger of the short light toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use care when trying any of the methods as listed above. The tonsils and throat are extremely delicate, and can be hurt or agitated quite easily.

Tonsil Stone

Since I do know the things they are and exactly how cheap and easy it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel moronic or like I've been duped. All this time, I was thinking I'd some certain illness or something and invested tons of money on visits to the doctor and medications. Little did I know up until just a few weeks ago.....

I have been seriously affected by these raunchy tiny problems for years and up until not long ago I really didn't know what the heck they were. I've been to the doctor, suffered some down-right distressing sore throats, had terrible ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't go away and tried all kinds of things to remove them.

They would come and go, appear and disappear at all the worst times you could think of. My first trip to my doctor to really ask him about them got me a hazy answer about some sort of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't take care of squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was placed on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Bear in mind that I really didn't know what it was. Finally he told me that the only method to make them go away was to have my tonsils taken out. Goodness!!

Then he said it was not advised for a person to have their tonsils taken out after they reach a certain age not to mention just how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using all types of mouthwash, gargling 3 times each day and maybe a couple of days I wouldn't see them but, VOILA...they always came back. I've stuck a wide variety of things in my mouth to try and dig those things out, It's actually not even funny! Well...actually yes it is funny.

Well, skip forward to the most crucial part. How I realised what they were and how to get rid of them forever in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little woman by chance, looked over her info, tried it and now I'm one Pleased, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I'm not kidding when I say, the crappy breath, throat soreness, ear aches.....ALL No longer! ;-)
