Facts & Helpful Tonsilloliths Texture Information:

Tonsilloliths, or tonsil stones, are small bits of calcareous matter that form in the crevasses of the tonsils. Find out more on it here.

In certain individuals very little, hard, calcareous lumps, which you'll find white-colored in color, occur in the crevasses of the tonsils, also known as tonsillar crypts. These lumps, generally known as tonsilloliths, or calculus of the tonsil, or tonsil stones, can range in size from tiny little bits to pea sized ones and they have a tendency of remaining lodged in the region of the tonsils for a period of time, until they're dislodged finally. They are usually accompanied by a potent smell coming from from the tonsils, and a person afflicted with tonsilloliths experiences a physical sensation of something being lodged in the rear part of the throat.

Widely used techniques and practices for getting rid of tonsil stones:

One method is to use a metal long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would have to force the stone out from below. This process works easier when the stone is older and harder. Additionally you can use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The use of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of accumulated debris may also help (using an adjustable unit over a low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe and avoid damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are utilized to suck out the smaller sized stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To relieve gagging people oftentimes consider using everyday objects, for example toothpicks, as small tools instead of using a much bigger finger. It's not recommended due to the danger of the short light-weight toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use extreme care when trying any of the methods as listed above. The tonsils and throat are extremely sensitive, and can be damaged or agitated quite easily.

Given that I do know the things they are and exactly how cheap and easy it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel dumb or like I've been duped. All of this time, I believed I'd some severe illness or something like that and used tons of money on doctor visits and prescription medications. Very little did I know up until just a calendar month ago.....

I have been weighed down by these unpleasant little things for years and up until a short time ago I had NO IDEA what the heck they were. I've been to the doctor, dealt with some down-right horrible sore throats, had terrible ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't disappear and tried all kinds of junk to get rid of them.

They'd come and go, appear and disappear at all the most unfortunate times you may realise of. My first visit to my doctor to really ask him about them got me a vague answer about some type of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't remove squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was placed on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Remember though that I had no clue exactly what it was. Finally he told me that the only method to eliminate them was to have my tonsils removed. Help!!

Then he said it was not advised for a person to have their tonsils removed after they reach a specific age not to mention just how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using loads of mouthwash, gargling three times per day and maybe a couple of days I would not see them but, VOILA...they always returned. I've stuck so many different things in my mouth to try and dig them out, It isn't even funny! Well...actually yes it truly is funny.

Well, skip forward to the most important part. How I found out what they were and how to eliminate them once for all in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little lady by accident, read her material, tried it and now I'm one Delighted, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I'm not kidding around when I say, the garbage breath, throat irritability, ear aches.....ALL Vanished! ;-)
