General Tonsillith Causes Information:

Tonsilloliths, or tonsil stones, are very little pieces of calcareous matter that build in the crevasses of the tonsils. Read more about it here.

In some persons tiny, quite hard, calcareous lumps, which are white-colored in color, occur in the crevasses of the tonsils, also called tonsillar crypts. These lumps, referred to as tonsilloliths, or calculus of the tonsil, or tonsil stones, can range in size from tiny little bits to pea sized ones and they have a tendency of staying lodged in the area of the tonsils for some time, until they are dislodged finally. They normally are accompanied by a nasty smell coming from from the tonsils, and a person suffering from tonsilloliths encounters an actual sensation of something being lodged in the rear part of the throat.

General methods and practices for eliminating tonsil stones:

One method is to use a metal long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would have to force the stone out from below. This technique works easier if the stone is older and harder. You could use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The use of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of gathered debris may also help (using an adjustable unit on the low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe in order to avoid damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are utilized to suck out the smaller sized stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To get relief from gagging people sometimes consider using everyday objects, for example toothpicks, as small tools instead of using a larger finger. This is not recommended due to the danger of the short light toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use guardedness when attempting any of the methods in the list above. The tonsils and throat are delicate, and can be damaged or inflamed quite easily.

Tonsoliths

Given that I am aware what they are and just how cheap and straightforward it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel silly or like I've been duped. All this time, I was thinking I had some serious illness or something like that and invested tons of money on doctor visits and prescription medications. Little did I know up until just a four week period ago.....

I've been plagued by these foul little things for years and up until just lately I had no clue what the heck they were. I've been to the doctor, experienced some down-right dangerous sore throats, had painful ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't go away completely and tried all kinds of tricks to eliminate them.

They would come and go, appear and disappear at all the most awful times you could think of. My first trip to my doctor to actually question him about them got me a hazy answer about some kind of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't get rid of squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was put on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Bear in mind that I really didn't know what it was. Finally he told me that the only method to make them go away was to have my tonsils taken out. Oh no!!

Then he explained it was not advised for a person to have their tonsils taken out after they reach a particular age not to mention how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using all kinds of mouthwash, gargling three times a day and maybe a few days I might not see them but, VOILA...they always came back. I've stuck a wide variety of things in my mouth to try and dig them out, It's actually not even funny! Well...actually yes it really is funny.

Well, skip forward to the key part. How I realised what they were and how to eliminate them for ever in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little woman unintentionally, looked over her material, tried it and now I'm one Cheerful, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I am not kidding when I say, the junk breath, throat aggravation, ear aches.....ALL Eliminated! ;-)
