General Tonsil Stones Thyroid Information:

Tonsilloliths, or tonsil stones, are small pieces of calcareous matter that develop in the crevasses of the tonsils. Discover more about it here.

In certain persons very little, quite hard, calcareous lumps, which you'll find white-colored in color, occur in the crevasses of the tonsils, generally known as tonsillar crypts. These lumps, called tonsilloliths, or calculus of the tonsil, or tonsil stones, can range in size from tiny little bits to pea sized ones and they have a tendency of remaining lodged in the region of the tonsils for some time, until they're dislodged finally. They normally are accompanied by a bad smell emanating from the tonsils, and a person suffering from tonsilloliths experiences an actual sensation of something being lodged in the back part of the throat.

General tactics and practices for getting rid of tonsil stones:

One method is to use a metal long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would have to force the stone out from underneath. Using this method works easier if the stone is older and harder. You can also use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The usage of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of accumulated debris may also help (using an adjustable unit at a low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe and avoid damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are utilized to suck out the smaller sized stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To get relief from gagging people occasionally think about using everyday things, such as toothpicks, as small tools rather than using a larger finger. It's not encouraged due to the danger of the short light toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use careful attention when attempting any of the methods as listed above. The tonsils and throat are very sensitive, and can be injured or inflammed quite easily.

Tonsil Ball

Seeing that I am aware the things they are and how cheap and simple it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel ridiculous or like I've been duped. All this time, I thought I'd some certain illness or something like that and spent a small fortune on doctor visits and solutions. Very little did I know up until just a month ago.....

I have been weighed down by these annoying little things for years and up until recently I really didn't know what the heck they were. I've been to the physician, experienced some down-right terrible sore throats, had terrible ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't vanish entirely and tried all kinds of tricks to remove them.

They would come and go, appear and disappear at all the most awful times you may realise of. My first trip to my doctor to really question him about them got me a hazy answer about some type of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't do away with squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was placed on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Bear in mind that I had no clue what it really was. Finally he told me that the only method to eliminate them was to have my tonsils taken out. Oh no!!

Then he explained it was not suggested for a person to have their tonsils taken out after they reach a specific age not to mention just how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using loads of mouthwash, gargling three times per day and maybe a couple of days I might not see them but, VOILA...they always returned. I've stuck a wide variety of things in my mouth to try and dig those things out, It's not even funny! Well...actually yes it really is funny.

Well, skip on to the most crucial part. How I realised what they were and how to get rid of them for ever in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little lady unintentionally, read her material, tried it and now I'm one Cheerful, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I am not kidding when I say, the stool breath, throat soreness, ear aches.....ALL Vanished! ;-)
