  • You feel like something is jammed at the back of your throat and won't come out.

  • The development of yellow or white colored, small balls on the tonsils or back corners of your throat that KEEP finding their way back.

General and Interesting Tonsil Stones Milk Information:

Tonsilloliths or tonsil stones are calcifications that form in the crypts of the palatal tonsils. They are also known to form in the throat and on the roof of the mouth. Tonsils are filled with crevices where bacteria and other materials, including dead cells and mucus, can become trapped. When this occurs, the debris can become concentrated in white formations that occur in the pockets. Tonsilloliths are formed when this trapped debris combines and hardens, or calcifies. This tends to occur most often in people who suffer from chronic inflammation in their tonsils or repeated bouts of tonsillitis. These calculi are composed of calcium salts such as hydroxyapatite or calcium carbonate apatite, oxalates and other magnesium salts or containing ammonium radicals, macroscopically appear white or yellowish in color, and are usually of small size - though there have been occasional reports of large tonsilloliths or calculi in peritonsillar locations. While many people have small tonsilloliths that develop in their tonsils, it is quite rare to have such a large and solidified tonsil stone.

Typical tactics and practices for eliminating tonsil stones:

One solution is to use a stainless long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would have to force the stone out from beneath. This technique works easier if the stone is older and harder. Additionally you can use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The use of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of built up debris may also help (using an adjustable unit over a low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe to avoid damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are used to suck out the less massive stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To reduce gagging people oftentimes consider using everyday objects, like toothpicks, as small tools rather then using a bigger finger. This is not encouraged due to the danger of the short lightweight toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use careful attention when attempting any of the methods as listed above. The tonsils and throat are very delicate, and can be harmed or inflammed very easily.

Tonsil Stones

Given that I am aware what they are and how cheap and straightforward it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel ridiculous or like I've been duped. All this time, I thought I had some severe illness or something like that and spent tons of money on visits to the doctor and prescriptions. Little did I know up until just a month ago.....

I've been bothered by these cruddy tiny problems for years and up until recently I had NO IDEA what the heck they were. I've been to the physician, encountered some down-right unpleasant sore throats, had painful ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't go away and tried all kinds of stuff to remove them.

They would come and go, appear and disappear at all the worst times you could think of. My first trip to my doctor to actually question him about them got me a hazy answer about some sort of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't do away with squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was put on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Bear in mind that I had no clue exactly what it was. Finally he told me that the only way to eliminate them was to have my tonsils taken out. Goodness!!

Then he informed me it was not suggested for a person to have their tonsils removed after they reach a specific age not to mention how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using loads of mouthwash, gargling three times a day and maybe a couple of days I might not see them but, VOILA...they always returned. I've stuck a wide variety things in my mouth to try and dig them out, It is not even funny! Well...actually yes it really is funny.

Well, skip forward to the key part. How I realised what they were and how to eliminate them for good in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little woman accidentally, looked over her info, tried it and now I'm one Joyful, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I am not kidding around when I say, the garbage breath, throat irritability, ear aches.....ALL Eliminated! ;-)
