Facts & Helpful Tonsil Stone Or Pimple Information:

Tonsilloliths, or tonsil stones, are very little bits of calcareous matter that develop in the crevasses of the tonsils. Find out more on it here.

In some people very little, solid, calcareous lumps, which are white-colored in color, occur in the crevasses of the tonsils, also referred to as tonsillar crypts. These lumps, generally known as tonsilloliths, or calculus of the tonsil, or tonsil stones, can range in size from tiny little bits to pea sized ones and they have a tendency of remaining lodged in the region of the tonsils for a period of time, until they're dislodged finally. They normally are accompanied by a foul smell coming from from the tonsils, and a person afflicted with tonsilloliths encounters a physical sensation of something being lodged in the back part of the throat.

Commonly used approaches and practices for removing tonsil stones:

One way is to use a stainless long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would need to push the stone out from underneath. This method works easier when the stone is older and harder. You may also use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The usage of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of accumulated debris may also help (using an adjustable unit on the low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe to prevent yourself from damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are used to suck out the more compact stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To relieve gagging people sometimes think about using everyday things, like toothpicks, as small tools rather than using a bigger finger. This is simply not recommended because of the danger of the short light-weight toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use careful attention when attempting any of the methods as listed above. The tonsils and throat are incredibly sensitive, and can be injured or inflamed very easily.

Tonsil Ball

Given that I am aware what they are and exactly how cheap and easy it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel brainless or like I've been duped. All this time, I assumed I had some serious illness or something like that and spent a small fortune on doctor visits and prescriptions. Little did I know up until just a calendar month ago.....

I have been overwhelmed by these ugly tiny problems for years and up until not too long ago I really didn't know what the heck they were. I've been to the physician, dealt with some down-right distressing sore throats, had harmful ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't leave and tried all kinds of items to get rid of them.

They'd come and go, appear and disappear at all the most unfortunate times you could think of. My first trip to my doctor to actually ask him about them got me a hazy answer about some sort of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't take care of squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was placed on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Remember though that I really didn't know exactly what it was. Finally he told me that the only way to eliminate them was to have my tonsils removed. Oh no!!

Then he told me it was not recommended for a person to have their tonsils taken out after they reach a certain age not to mention how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using all types of mouthwash, gargling 3 times a day and maybe a couple of days I would not see them but, VOILA...they always returned. I've stuck so many different things in my mouth to try and dig those things out, It's not even funny! Well...actually yes it truly is funny.

Well, skip ahead to the most important part. How I found out what they were and how to remove them permanently in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little lady by chance, read her information, tried it and now I'm one Cheerful, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I'm not joking when I say, the poo breath, throat aggravation, ear aches.....ALL Long gone! ;-)
