Interesting Pictures Of White Spots On Throat Information:
Tonsilloliths, or tonsil stones, are small pieces of calcareous matter that build in the crevasses of the tonsils. Discover more about it here.
In certain men or women little, solid, calcareous lumps, which are white-colored in color, occur in the crevasses of the tonsils, also called tonsillar crypts. These lumps, also known as tonsilloliths, or calculus of the tonsil, or tonsil stones, can range in size from tiny little bits to pea sized ones and they have a tendency of staying lodged in the region of the tonsils for a period of time, until they're dislodged finally. They're usually accompanied by a nasty smell coming from from the tonsils, and a person afflicted with tonsilloliths encounters a physical sensation of something being stuck in the rear part of the throat.
Frequent ways and practices for extracting tonsil stones:
One solution is to use a metal long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would have to push the stone out from beneath. This process works easier when the stone is older and harder. You could use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The usage of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of gathered debris may also help (using an adjustable unit at a low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe to prevent damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are used to suck out the less massive stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To reduce gagging people oftentimes think about using everyday objects, such as toothpicks, as small tools rather than using a bigger finger. This isn't recommended due to the danger of the short light-weight toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use guardedness when attempting any of the methods listed above. The tonsils and throat are sensitive, and can be injured or irritated quite easily.
I've been plagued by these nasty little things for years and up until recently I had NO IDEA what the heck they were. I've been to the doctor, suffered some down-right nasty sore throats, had bad ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't go away and tried all kinds of stuff to get rid of them.
They would come and go, appear and disappear at all the worst times you could think of. My first trip to my doctor to actually ask him about them got me a vague answer about some sort of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't get rid of squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was put on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.
Remember though that I had NO idea what it was. Finally he told me that the only way to get rid of them was to have my tonsils removed. YIKES!!
So did I do that? Heck no!
So I started digging them out, using all sorts of mouthwash, gargling 3 times a day and maybe a couple of days I wouldn't see them but, VOILA...they always came back. I've stuck so many different things in my mouth to try and dig those things out, It's not even funny! Well...actually yes it is funny.
Well, skip ahead to the most important part. How I found out what they were and how to get rid of them for GOOD in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little lady by accident, read her information, tried it and now I'm one HAPPY, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I'm not kidding when I say, the crap breath, throat irritation, ear aches.....ALL GONE! ;-)
It IS true that there are completely safe and natural ways to both remove and cure your tonsil stones. Let me show you...
