Actually a lot of people think that problem comes from chewing food but it's not necessarily so. A lot of times the problem is that your sinues drain in the back of your throat and form these "stones" in your tonsils. The only permanent solution is to have your tonsils removed, which I wouldn't recommend. Other than that, the next best thing is to gargle with warm salt water (not HOT and not too much salt, which will irritate your mouth and cause sores). If you gargle every day, morning and night, it may take a while to get rid of the ones you have but it'll work and you don't have to worry about it anymore. If you think your issue could be sinus related, I would recommend using a neti pot (you can google it if u don't know what it is). there's one called sinucleanse or something like that u can get from any grocery/drug store and basically u use it to watch out your sinus cavities. Hope this helps.

Well-known means and practices for taking out tonsil stones:

One way is to use a stainless steel long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would need to push the stone out from beneath. Using this method works easier if the stone is older and harder. Additionally you can use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The use of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of built up debris may also help (using an adjustable unit at a low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe to avoid damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are used to suck out the smaller sized stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To relieve gagging people at times think about using everyday things, such as toothpicks, as small tools rather then using a larger finger. This is not advisable due to the danger of the short light toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use guardedness when attempting any of the methods as listed above. The tonsils and throat are incredibly sensitive, and can be hurt or agitated very easily.

Tonsilolith

Given that I am aware what they are and just how cheap and easy it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel brainless or like I've been duped. All of this time, I believed I'd some severe illness or something and paid tons of money on doctor visits and medications. Little did I know up until just a few weeks ago.....

I've been overwhelmed by these bad little things for years and up until recently I had NO IDEA what the heck they were. I've been to the doctor, experienced some down-right horrible sore throats, had harmful ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't leave and tried all kinds of stuff to remove them.

They'd come and go, appear and disappear at all the most awful times you could imagine of. My first trip to my doctor to actually question him about them got me a vague answer about some sort of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't do away with squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was put on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Bear in mind that I really didn't know just what it was. Finally he told me that the only method to make them go away was to have my tonsils removed. Oh no!!

Then he informed me it was not suggested for a person to have their tonsils taken out after they reach a specific age not to mention just how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using all kinds of mouthwash, gargling three times a day and maybe a couple of days I might not see them but, VOILA...they always returned. I've stuck a wide variety things in my mouth to try and dig them out, It isn't even funny! Well...actually yes it is funny.

Well, skip ahead to the most crucial part. How I discovered what they were and how to eliminate them once for all in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little woman by chance, read her info, tried it and now I'm one Completely satisfied, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I'm not kidding when I say, the crappy breath, throat annoyance, ear aches.....ALL GONE! ;-)

It IS true that there are completely safe and natural ways to both remove and cure your tonsil stones. Let me show you...
