I had this about 9 times in the last year. I actually kept count of it b/c nothing bothers me more than this. As with anxiety, i am not sure but every single time i had this problem, i gargled it out each time. Not once have i swallowed it. So I am 100 percent sure i have something in my throat. 1 day ago, i gargled a small piece out but right now i still feel it.Most likely i gargled the smaller piece out. A few hours ago, i gargled an extremely small piece out. Right now i feel it still stuck in my throat.

Prevalent strategies and practices for clearing away tonsil stones:

One way is to use a stainless long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would have to press the stone out from below. Using this method works easier if the stone is older and harder. You may also use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The usage of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of gathered debris may also help (using an adjustable unit on a low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe to prevent yourself from damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are utilized to suck out the less massive stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To relieve gagging people oftentimes think about using everyday things, for example toothpicks, as small tools rather than using a larger finger. This is simply not advisable due to the danger of the short light-weight toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use careful attention when attempting any of the methods as listed above. The tonsils and throat are incredibly sensitive, and can be harmed or agitated quite easily.

Tonsil Debri

Given that I do know the things they are and how cheap and straightforward it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel ridiculous or like I've been duped. All of this time, I assumed I had some certain illness or something like that and paid out tons of money on doctor visits and prescription medications. Very little did I know up until just a four week period ago.....

I've been bothered by these bad little things for years and up until recently I had NO IDEA what the heck they were. I've been to the physician, suffered some down-right unpleasant sore throats, had bad ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't go away completely and tried all kinds of junk to eliminate them.

They would come and go, appear and disappear at all the worst times you may realise of. My first visit to my doctor to really ask him about them got me a vague answer about some sort of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't eliminate squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was placed on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Bear in mind that I had NO IDEA exactly what it was. Finally he told me that the only way to eliminate them was to have my tonsils removed. Goodness!!

Then he said it was not recommended for a person to have their tonsils taken out after they reach a certain age not to mention how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using all sorts of mouthwash, gargling three times a day and maybe a couple of days I would not see them but, VOILA...they always came back. I've stuck a wide variety of things in my mouth to try and dig them out, It's actually not even funny! Well...actually yes it is funny.

Well, skip forward to the most important part. How I realised what they were and how to get rid of them for good in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little lady by accident, looked over her material, tried it and now I'm one Contented, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I am not kidding around when I say, the stool breath, throat irritation, ear aches.....ALL No longer! ;-)
