  • Sore throat or mild ear aches, or a strange pressure in your ears.

  • You're feeling like some thing is caught at the back of your throat and won't come out.

  • The development of yellow or white colored, little balls on the tonsils or back corners of your throat that KEEP coming back.

Noteworthy Can You Have Tonsil Stones With No Tonsils Information:

In some people small, hard, calcareous lumps, which are white in color, occur in the crevasses of the tonsils, also called tonsillar crypts. These lumps, known as tonsilloliths, or calculus of the tonsil, or tonsil stones, can range in size from tiny little bits to pea sized ones and they have a tendency of remaining lodged in the area of the tonsils for a period of time, until they are dislodged finally. They are usually accompanied by a foul smell emanating from the tonsils, and a person afflicted with tonsilloliths experiences a physical sensation of something being lodged in the rear part of the throat.

Popular solutions and practices for removing tonsil stones:

One method is to use a stainless steel long handled spoon 7.5 inches. You would have to push the stone out from underneath. This method works easier when the stone is older and harder. You can also use tweezers to pluck the stone out. The use of pulsating irrigation to clear out the crypts of accumulated debris may also help (using an adjustable unit on a low pressure setting or a needleless Monoject syringe to avoid damaging tissue.) Alternately medicine droppers (especially one with a curved tip) are used to suck out the smaller stones. Using such a medicine dropper to first irrigate the area with saline which may help to bring the tonsil stone to the surface from which it can then be more easily sucked out with the dropper. To reduce gagging people sometimes think about using everyday objects, such as toothpicks, as small tools instead of using a much larger finger. This is not recommended because of the danger of the short lightweight toothpick/object being released and breathed into the throat. Use extreme caution when attempting any of the methods listed above. The tonsils and throat are very sensitive, and can be damaged or irritated quite easily.

Tonsillar Stones

Now that I do know the things they are and just how cheap and straightforward it is to destroy Tonsil Stones, I almost feel brainless or like I've been duped. All of this time, I assumed I'd some severe illness or something and wasted a small fortune on doctor visits and prescription medications. Very little did I know up until just a calendar month ago.....

I've been overwhelmed by these bad little things for years and up until a short time ago I had NO IDEA what the heck they were. I've been to the physician, undergone some down-right unpleasant sore throats, had bad ear aches, nasty breath that wouldn't leave and tried all kinds of items to remove them.

They'd come and go, appear and disappear at all the most awful times you could imagine of. My first visit to my doctor to really ask him about them got me a vague answer about some sort of throat infection and a dose of antibiotics which didn't take care of squat! I swear I made 5 different visits and was put on three different prescriptions none of which did a bit of good.

Remember though that I really didn't know just what it was. Finally he told me that the only way to eliminate them was to have my tonsils taken out. Help!!

Then he said it was not suggested for a person to have their tonsils taken out after they reach a certain age not to mention just how much it would cost. So did I do that? Heck no!

So I started digging them out, using all types of mouthwash, gargling three times a day and maybe a few days I would not see them but, VOILA...they always returned. I've stuck a wide variety things in my mouth to try and dig those things out, It isn't even funny! Well...actually yes it is funny.

Well, skip on to the most important part. How I realised what they were and how to eliminate them forever in about 3 weeks. I actually found this little lady by chance, looked over her material, tried it and now I'm one Satisfied and content, Tonsil Stone free guy now! I am not kidding when I say, the crappy breath, throat soreness, ear aches.....ALL Long gone! ;-)
